From our Temecula headquarters, Skylar Yoo ships worldwide via USPS. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Shipping times are dependent on the choice of shipping delivery option.
Please note that it will take between one and three business days to process or fulfill your order. Shipping time will be added on top of that.
There are three shipping options:
- USPS First Class Mail Parcel (within 3 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (within 2 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day)
If you are purchasing different types of products, your shipping options will be USPS Priority Mail (within 2 business days) and USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day).
For all art prints, it will take between three to seven business days to process your order. Don't fret! More than half of our art prints are shipped within three business days or less. It may take a little while to get your print, but we promise, you'll love it!
USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express include online tracking. Please wait 24-48 hours for the tracking code to update on the USPS website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking code please check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help.
Skylar Yoo does not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments.
For all domestic orders, we use real-time carrier shipping rates based on total order weight and distance.
We are happy to ship to countries around the world via USPS. Because of customs it is difficult to estimate delivery times. It seems most international shipments arrive within two weeks but occasionally take longer.

Customs Fees / VAT / Duties
Please be aware that you - or the recipient, if you are sending a gift - may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. In these instances the item will be held by your local post office; if your item has not arrived, please check with your local post office.
We are unable to ship our art prints to: Cuba, Iran, and North Korea.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. In order to receive a full refund of the purchased item/s (excluding shipping costs) the returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn with original tags attached to the items.
Please email us at email@example.com and we will mail you a return label. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will let you know if it has been approved or rejected. For refunds, if approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. For exchanges, if approved, we will ship out a new item as requested.
For any damaged or defective items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to ensure we can properly address and reissue the damaged or defective items. We want you to be super happy with your purchase!
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
At this time, Skylar Yoo is unable to offer return postage to our international customers. If you are not completely amazed by any item you received from us, you may send it back to us at your expense for a full refund.
